MediaTek mengumumkan dua chipset untuk telefon flagship iaitu the Dimensity 1200 and Dimensity 1100. Kedua-kedua merupakan 6nm processor dan menyokong 5G SIM.
Chipset baru ini dilengkapi dengan APU terbaru MediaTek (versi 3.0) untuk pemprosesan gambar AI, dan mempunyai ciri seperti panorama night shot, multiple bokeh, noise reduction dan HDR. Dimensity 1200 menyokong foto hingga 200MP, sementara DImensity 1100 hanya menyokong 108MP. Core utama mencapai kelajuaan 3Ghz.
MediaTek mengatakan bahawa OEM seperti Xiaomi, Vivo, OPPO dan Realme bakal menggunakan chipset mereka pada akhir bulan Mac 2021.
